Need a Senior Bartender with at least 5 year of Bartending Experience in High End Restaurants or Club. Will work under the direction of the Dining Room Manager or other food service managers will be responsible for a smooth running of the Club bar. The bartender will serve in the Club’s dining rooms during scheduled dining hours and when assigned to banquets and special events. They may be required to take food orders and interact on a positive basis consistent with the Club’s standards. Customer service and professionalism treating members and non-members is critical. Appearance, proper verbal expression and demeanor are all very important. Service provided by bartenders must be of the highest caliber. Proper etiquette and protocol must be followed while serving in a prompt efficient and friendly manner. “Personalizing” service by learning members’ names and preferences should always be a major priority for staff, as well as functioning under the concept of “one team” by helping others in all rooms and positions.
